Ok, Novus(Discover, am i right), does a lot of trade shows in the US, does anyone know there site where a person who has an account with them(being able to take credit cards) be able to request them permission to take use them to take their credit cards.

It seems like that's asking if there's a site where someone who can take Discover cards can ask permission to take Discover cards, but somehow I think I might be missing something.

Well ok, the customer says they can take Discover, Mastercard/Visa, but novus will not allow them to take it over the net with out them giving the ok. Does anyone know that address to their site, where permission maybe asked.

They don't really use the Novus name, for the merchant side anyway, so if you go to www.novusnet.com you'll still end up at Discover Business Services.

There's probably no place on the site, if I do understand the situation you're describing -- that they're an existing merchant needing to change their status -- to request that change directly; they'll probably have to call the Merchant Service Center at 1-800-347-2000.

They do not have a store front, they go and setup on weekends at shows(such as: gunshows, craft shows) and they accept Visa,MC,Discover, and now they want to get on the internet. But her company novus, says she needs to have permission to take internet sales. I will call them today.
