i see forum topics pop up on google when i do surfing..

You shall make your forum the same as those like digitalpoint, webhostingtalk, etc. This is an issue of SEO, not one day job. Keep working and good luck.

This require unique post with keywords in title and keyword rich content, IMO.

when u have a really big forum it'll show up by itself =P

Do you want all the forum content to be cached by google or just some part of it to make guests register?
