I have heard so many stories about people saying how slow paypal is when it comes to support. I find they are pretty damn fast. I have never to wait on the phone more that a few minutes, I send an email and get a response within 30 minutes. That is really fast considering how many customers they have.

They have a phone? I hd to hunt down a lady through anywho.com to get anyone there then got bounced around for a couple days they was told to wait for an email reply waited 3 days still not reply(note account was frozen during all this time) called back told to wait for call in a couple hours. anyways to make a long story shorts paypal froze my account for 2 weeks over some a%&*hole who bought a used 91 car and was pissed because the power antenna was broken called me up screaming and deamnding a new antenna after it was listed at needing a new mast in the add so I told him to screwn.. moral or the story.. paypal as good support? bulls&%t


You must know someone because myself and alot of people I know cringe when someone requests paying by paypal.

I too have never had any problems with Paypal. I get someone on the phone in a matter of minutes, and emails are responded to quickly.

Never had any problems with their service or support, period.

Oh and getting their phone number was as easy as 2 clicks for me.

When logged in, click on "Contact Us" then under where it says "Phone" click on "Call our service center". Up pops a page with thier toll free number posted clear as day. It has been in that same spot for as long as I have been with them (over a year)

That is something new... This all happened to me about 6 months ago and there was no way to get ahold of them.. Anyways glad there shaping up.
