I currently have a reseller account with about 10 domains hosted. These domains are all fully developed websites utilizing various scripts and MySQL databases respectively.
I have never moved that many people before from 1 host to another. Please share your advice on the easiest way to get this done safely without leaving anything behind or causing anything to break in the process. Thanks.

If you are going from and to the same control panel, some hosts will transfer your accounts under your reseller account for you. Often times the built-in transfer functions (for example, cPanel to cPanel transfers) are only accessible with root access in which case you would have to rely on your new provider to move the accounts over. This would be a great pre-sales question to ask any potential host to see if they will transfer accounts for you.
Otherwise, you may be out of luck and you may have to transfer them manually which can take a lot of work to get them back into running condition.

I currently use WHM and cPanel. Yes, I will most likely go to a new host with the same control panels.

Any Reseller you look at, ask them if they will do the transfer of the accounts to their server for you. They might put on that it is a long and difficult job, but if you are making a sideways move between two cPanel/WHM systems, it takes only a couple of clicks to start the process.
Remember though you need to work with the Reseller to change the DNS on your accounts when the transfer is complete, they won't be able to do this for you and many times are not willing to.

Most of the hosting companies can be move your accounts to their servers. Because you have no many accounts. But if the accounts are using a lot of disk space when they don't move them. Then you must get backup of each account on Cpanel and restore them into the new web spaces. There are not an easier way. We have same problem, too. But we could not move the accounts. Because we have hundred and hundred accounts on our old hosting company and moving of them is very hard (impossible for us). So our customers move their accounts into the new server themselves at the account renewal date.
