Hi,
I have seen a lot of good comments about ChatcIRCuit, one rather long post in this forum I've read. It looks good, and I like the fact the owner person is online quite a lot. I sent both places an e-mail yesterday morning; I'm not sure how long to wait for a reply from ChatcIRCuit, but I don't expect to get one from Netacore for another year or two - as about one/two months ago I sent Netacore about their normal hosting but still haven't gotten a reply.
But basically, what do you people think about them? Support? Uptime? Reliability?
Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If Netacore's support is so bad I would go with someone else.

Thanks yeah, I would most likely signup with ChatcIRCuit right now, I know they have been around since 1995 and all - but I'm very iffy on the such low prices thing. That's partly the main reason I'm asking about what people think of it and what people think of Netacore.

why don't you add some more hosts to your list --- kualo, mchost, voxtreme... all 3 are good

I've surfed onto the Netacore BB and everyone there seems to think the support is great.

Blah, I don't want to add any to my list, as the Netacore plan A and ChatcIRCuit Platinum Plan are in my price range, and have great bandwidth and space amounts. All the other resellers seem to ask for more money; but give less features and such- although noting they will give even better support, but you'd expect it if you're paying that bit more and getting that bit less.
Hmm, I've searched the Netacore forums and have seen the people their like it, but for some reason they don't reply to any of my e-mails, it's like they either don't want to, or have like blocked my e-mail address. I'm hoping for a reply from both by tomorrow, or the next day at the latest-but I'm more confident I'll get a reply from Netacore in a few years.

Deus, i waiting the Vic answers, i made some the other days and he reply me very fast, i waiting for my last questions, but he have more important problem, he sent me this:
