Who are the domain registers that allows to make all my domain names expirty reset to one date?

Yes, this would be nice, to be able to renew for 1 year and x additional days so you can move the expire date to something more convenient/notable. The annual fee would be prorated of course.

I bet it is a limitation up at Verisign or Internic rather than the registrars.
I would also think it reasonable to require at least 1 year's reg/renewal if you also wanted to add additional days. I doubt registrars would want to process/bill a one month extension at a prorated fee.

Has anybody heard of this being available?

This feature is possible for com/net domains only. Most of registrars should allow this, just ask them.

I believe that GoDaddy has the "ConsoliDate" feature which will allow you to do this, however you are charged a fee for every month moved.
