We need techs.

Due to our out-sourced technical support company closing down, we are opening a small support crew to manage helpdesk support for several hosts.

We are looking for some part time techs that will offer fast friendly responses to the helpdesk tickets. Our customers are used to getting good answers to their questions that are in non techi words, so they can understand.

95% of our support needs are super simple for anyone that has done support for any amount of time on a linux system.

You need to be familiar with Cpanel4 WHM, linux systems, e-mail set up, FTP questions, and other general customer help areas. Any other qualities are a plus.

At this time, we do not need any more system admin level techs, but do need help in the general support team area.

We need to fill positions to cover 6 pm to 8 am EST positions at this time, and one opening for US daytime hours. Part time positions may become full time for the right people.

We were using hyper-Techs .. But as of tonight, they are closed down.
I would have got things going sooner, but I was on vacation..

Just so your question don't go unanswered...

I don't feel a public forum is a place to post pay rates. In some cases it may be, but I don't feel this is right for this type of work.

Everyone is differently skilled.

If it were less than 1 dollar an hour.. then they wern't working.
