help with domains and content domains

Can someone recommend the best way to find / buy content for web sites? or domains with content? Also can anyone recommend affiliate programs where people give you content and you host that content but promote their products, so you get a 3rd party site when it goes to checkout time?

the problem with sedo, is typically a lot of those sites dont have content, they just put the sedo search default on the site, i want to buy actual sites with content, traffic isnt as important, as I am a master at getting traffic to sites. can you help?
