When I'm doing compatibility tests I use even more. Patrick-EV1 06-29-2002, 02:13 PM Internet explorer 6 on windows, mozilla on linux. IE6 worked good after I figured out why everytime I clicked on a link, it came up blank... FHJim 06-29-2002, 02:14 PM I want to know which one you use for your normal browsing session. I find netcaptor nice to use as it doesn't create 100 desktop windows..... Aralanthir 06-29-2002, 02:52 PM For normal browsing, I use Mozilla. I especially like the tabbed surfing feature. :D secludo 06-29-2002, 02:54 PM Mozilla and Opera, I don't like Internet Explorer and they don't offer it for Linux. secludo 06-29-2002, 02:56 PM Originally posted by Aralanthir For normal browsing, I use Mozilla. A couple of times now I have forgot that I was using one window and ended up closing Mozilla completely, thinking I was going to get to one of my other open windows. I guess I just have to get use to it, heh :) Aralanthir 06-29-2002, 03:07 PM Originally posted by secludo I hate that. But I usually surf with 10 or more windows open, so it's good that they no longer take up too much space on my taskbar. ToastyX 06-29-2002, 03:21 PM In Linux, I use Mozilla. In Windows, well...I don't use Windows. :D I don't like the tabs, so I don't have them enabled. I prefer multiple open windows. Nadav 06-29-2002, 03:24 PM I use Mozilla for Linux and Windows. The tabs are great IMO. Synthetic 06-29-2002, 06:58 PM I use IE 6... fsn 06-29-2002, 08:02 PM Opera king of kings in the browser world the only thing that is annoying is its incompatibility with javascript, but that might be b/c i use the free version ( ) |
