Does anybody have any experience with bobcares? Good or bad.

I have contacted them a few times reguarding their English phone support. But the people I spoke with were in India. I was put off by that. Although I have heared great things baout them, I choose to do my own support. It's always better if you can do it that way.

Their English phone support folks are managed by Americans. Once you tell the Indian folks that you want to purchase they'll put you in touch with a guy named Robert.

I wanted to talk to someone in AZ, never got that far. Probably better off, I can't even imagine not doing my own support now.

There are many other support companies a lot of which have been posted here before actually! Check out www.etechsupport.net, www.thinksupport.net and www.touchsupport.com (USA based). I'm sure that one of them could suite your needs best!

Try searching companies for outsourcing...in these forums, you will find plenty of them.
