I went through there test transaction, how can the customer cancel recurring payments? like paypal for example you login! From a clients side I don't know to be honest, never thought of it that way. We use a cancel form on our site to track cancellations, then we manually stop the recurring payment under Sales Activity in your Admin Panel - Recurring Sales. Then choose the Order # of the sale you want to stop and click on it to get to the Order Details page. At the bottom of this page there is a Stop Recurring Billing button. Remember that once you click it, you cant undo it. The customer will have to re-signup for recurring payment. I believe a customer can do it a similar way by entering the subscription ID or their card number. I cant remember it at this moment, but I believe that there was a way the customer as well to cancel it. cyberhostuk 01-20-2007, 01:44 PM Paypal and Cheque at the moment.
