Here is the situation...

1. Company is gonna be called XXX LLC
2. Domain name acquired was XXXnet.com
3. Having to use the net the site is referred to as XXX Network

In saying XXX Network on a site, does that in any way differientiate itself from the company's name XXX LLC...?

I know this sounds a little weird but if someone understands what I am saying, feedback would be great.

Are you trying to say will the incorperation still cover the name XXXnet.com if the company registered is XXX LLC??

It is hard to know the laws by which you are governed. However, in most U. S. states you would need to register the fictitious or assumed name (XXXXX Network) which would tie it to the name of the legal entity (XXXXX LLC).
