You can check if your domain is available and then ask me to register it for you.
Also, you can register .IR domains directly without asking me, but it costs you about 72 euro. I can do it for you because it's cheaper for me as I'm iranian (Registration Fee Page (http://www.nic.ir/IRNIC_files/page0004.htm))
