dun ever use their service.. my business partners have linux and windows reseller account with them and both gone terribly wrong..

not only their servers are having problem but also the ppl who work there.. my friend is still waiting for their refund that Rick has promised.

Who is your friend that requested the refund? Please provide a ticket # as well as first/last name.

If the refund request came in prior to me taking VAR over, your friend should have contacted Roj regarding the refund. Let me know what you find out.
