Are there any adult hosts out there that charge by line speed instead of per GB? For example, charging so much per month for a 512kb/s line regardless of bytes transferred?

I am looking for something very inexpensive, I don't need to go dedicated as yet. So far http://hosting.adultcentral.com is all I have found.

I don't see people looking for capped web hosting often, especially adult. Lets assume you get 512 kilo bit/s line.

- During the day (12 hours) you use 512 and 300 during the night ( 12 hours), you still pay for 500 altrough your average is only 400.
- Your site will load slow because you can never transfer more then 64 kb per second.
- Say one day you get a large amount of visitors (posting a galery, being linked from a popular site etc), again your site will be very slow.

On the other hand if you pay per GB transfered regradless of how fast that GB is transfered your site will always load fast no matter how many visitors you get. If you are worried about having to pay more then you have you can be capped at x GB per day/month and once you reach the limit your site will be disabaled.
