Please give me your order number so I can check. All trial server orders that have the necessary documents are normally processed promptly. Delays happen when we can't get a confirmation on the client's ID and we can't release test servers without ID confirmation

I've checked your ticket and unfortunately we've run out of Woodcrest servers. We are expecting a new shipment from Dell and will alert one once they're available again or you can choose another configuration other than woodcrest and we'll get you that setup ASAP
