Way too simple for me.

Not too many features. You can probably find a free helpdesk with the same (or better) features.

I don't think so... has most features.. expect SLA, or escalation things like kayako..... it does piping, departments, notification, and more.. dose not looks like what you are saying.. also I don't think you can find free one like that.. any example?

You can get piping, departments, and notifications in osTicket, which is free.

If you want a really nice helpdesk, go for the Kayako.

used kayako, but too much functions for internal ticket system, not as support ticket system... that's why..

I started using sitepanel3 the other day and I like it. It took them a few days to answer support tickets and activate my license, but overall my staff and I really like it.

it is simple and if you like easy-to-use support helpdesk, you should go for sitepanel3, we have both sitepanel3 and kayako but managed not to use kayako as it has too much functions that we do not really need

I've recommended sitepanel to many of our resellers, and they like it.

It is a simple helpdesk (compared to Kayako or cerberus or the other much more expensive options), and works for most small web hosting companies that don't need a lot of complicated features they'll never use.

I've personally installed it on two of my reseller's websites, and found the install and configuration to be very easy.

If your helpdesk needs are simple and it meets them.. then go for it. Ask them for their trial version if you're still unsure...

I was asked to remove it by my host many months ago because of security issues. After contacting Morgan about it he was very unhelpfull and has since turned off his support forum.
