We monitor the servers periodically to make sure everything is operational, other than that you have full root access.

For Web GUI panels like cPanel or DirectAdmin, we provide DirectAdmin at a onetime setup fee. Add me to your MSN and let me know your requirements and I will work out a separate proposal for what you need.
