Hi,

I was wondering that if anyone is using WHMCS, I like to know what is max number you have? I know MB can support a lot since I used it, but I don't have any idea on WHMCS.. and i did not hear how many can it support?...

As I know, WHMCS has internal helpdesk which mean it can be slow down if there are many client and if they open tickets... also DB size will be big.. If use seperate billing and support system.. can place them on different server if it overload because of number client....

can anyone share your number on WHMCS if you are using it? if you don't want to put it on public.. could you at least pm me? There is nothing behind.. just I like to know because I might use it for billing.

thanks

Hi,

WHMCS is unlimited clients, having the combined helpdesk we find is a great help. We have alot of our users submiting tickets etc... but I can see no problem as to the Database size or slowing down.

There are over 4000+tickets stored in our WHMCS database and hundreds of client data and the database is around 15MB, which is very small. Comparing this with Kayako when we had things seperate, the Kayako database reached a peak of 500MB with around 5000-6000 tickets.

Just my 2cents, but you will be better off with a combined system for security etc..

are you serious? 500Mb on kayako.. I never checked DB on kayako, so don't know how big it is..hm.... so are you currently using whmcs as billing and support deak?

by the way, on your http://www.4menetwork.net/billing/order.php?step=2&pid=103

I see private nameserver setting.. on whmcs.. is that possible on whmcs? does whmcs automatically set it up? or is that just custom fileds?

thanks

It automatically sets it up when you add a dedicated server or a VPS package.

The largest client db that i know of for whmcs is 4k clients. Is that somehow not large enough of an example for you?
