I just received an email from a webreseller staff:
Your order will be setup on Monday, we are in the middle of moving to our new data center.
Where is the new datacenter? What kind of connections does it have? Anyone have more info?

I got this e-mail from them when I asked a few days ago when the server I ordered would be setup:
Dear WebReseller.Net Customer,
Over the next week and a half we will be in the process of relocating to our newly designed facility. During this time there may be intermittent outages. None of these outages should be more than 15 to 25 minutes in duration. Also, during this relocation time we will be only offering limited phone support. However, we will have an increased staffing on our Help Desk to compensate for this temporary adjustment. We still plan to offer the same quality of service during this time of change, and hope to be able to offer better response times after the relocation is completed. The relocation of servers from our current data center to the new facility will begin on Saturday June 29th. We are doing everything that we can to ensure that the relocation is seamless as possible. There will be no need for any adjustments to any of the server settings or configuration. The outages should be only once per server and as mentioned above, only about fifteen to twenty-five minute!
s in duration.
With our new facility we will have the ability to take our current service(s) to the next level. We will have the ability to drastically increase the size of our staffing, both on the sales and support levels. We have also added advanced features to our new facility to give us one of the most state of the art security systems, including everything from biometric scanners, to motion sensitive cameras throughout the facility. We have also vastly expanded the capacities of our data center and overall network. We will have more detailed information after the relocation is completed. We can tell you that you will see a series of new partners and relationships with companies such as Foundry Networks, Enterasys Networks, APC, Liebert, Juniper, and more.
We ask that you do not open any Help Desk tickets in regards to this move; as they will be deleted immediately. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns about the move; please email move@webreseller.net. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible. We will have detailed information about the new data center once we have completed the move and are back to normal conditions.
I would like to stress, that there will be minimal downtime and that we are working to ensure that is the case. We have been planning this move for approximately six months now, and hope to have all possibilities considered.
- Your friends at WebReseller.Net -
Basically, we gotta wait till the move is over to find out about the new datacenter. Oh, and a few days later I got a seperate e-mail saying the server I ordered will be setup on Monday. I think it would be up already, except I wanted a custom setup (basically no Ensim, and custom partitions). As long as they don't mess up my order, I'll be happy :)
Someone got news about this move ? Is it finish now ? :)

I don't think so - because i heard they will be releasing their new webdesign when the move is complete, maybe Joe can comment on this.
I'm also curious about the move. I hope someone from Webreseller could give a few hints here...

From what I understand the move is not done. The move will take 1 1/2 weeks to complete as they are moving servers by batches. I know the move is not yet complete because our server has not been down.

I think so. My server hasn't been down either. Well, I just hope that the new datacenter will have same or better connection. The speed I get from their Yipes/Level3 is amazing.
