Does anyone know is there some software for hosting where we could print bills, add list of clients with their informations like name of compny, which hosting package they are using, what domain and that software automatically send when their hosting expire, maybe some computer software or web software for it?

I think a billing software is what you're looking for. I'm using ModernBill and ClientExec on diferrent websites. Both are great, but ModernBill are more complicated with more functions than CE. So i would recommend ClientExec for new users.

Back in the day we used Modernbill. Last April we migrated to Platypus and have never looked back.
