Were is it gabbing the header font color?

Notice where for the Topic discrip " New SiteLayout/Design!" is useing the correct forum font colors.. but then "Posted by: [YourHostSucks.com] on 06-26-2002 @ 12:39 AM " is black! :(

This happens in the F.A.Q. as well..

Anyone have a idea?

Look in templates and change fonts.
