On this page is a list of links to various "complaint" forms about your domain registrar. http://www.internic.net/problem_reports/

They say they won't act on individual customer complaints but will forward these problem reports to the registrar.

Anyone ever submit one of these? Do you think it helped or hurt with your problem?

I did once, some years ago. It neither helped nor hindered. The registrar wrote to me saying exactly what they had said before.

i did submit once and the registrar (netsol) seems done an action because the domain owner has updated the false info to real record.

I also used that form to report a registrar that revealed the technical data but not
the social contact info of a .com domain name registered with them. But I sent that
only after not being able to see the full info for 3 consecutive days, and I also gave
screenshots.

The registrar finally showed the whole thing after a day or 2, can't remember.

Which form are we talking about? The Registrar Complaint Form, or the Whois Inaccuracy Form?

These are two different things.

I was talking about the former, it seems everyone else is talking about the latter.

This one, Lubeca:

They've reorganized the original site to address more specific issues they can take
on.
