You can use a free whois script together a form mailer. You can find these on any script directories.

i don't need the script to create account,just sample checking domain availability then taking to the order form...(customers finish filling their informations,hosting plan,press the submit button and lead to thank you page)where can i find it.plz provide direct link

i relaly dont think anyone is willing to do that you can try modernbill or minibill those work to what you're looking for

as far as what starlogic has they have advanced coders to recode evertyhing.

unless you pay someone some serious money you won't be very happy
