Some of it has been changed, they have actually admited it.

I have screenshots of both sites to show it was an EXACT copy, same random image, same text etc

well, if your site has such a good design to be ripped-off once, for sure it will be more often in the future, so get used to it. Happens all the time.

Happened to me as well, not worth of getting so upset over it.

Not upset about the rip as much as Im upset about the person's minions going around attacking me because I would say anything about it in the first place, just as you've seen above the attack continues.

It's been ripped off 3 times and each time it was me helping someone, and after 3 entire rips by people you helped understand something it gets to you.

Helping people with code, working with them to understand something about their graphic editor is becoming quite the disapointing endeavor now days.
