We are looking to launch a new site and need an un-used hosting template. Somewhere between $50 to $100. Something techie-looking. We were thinking to go with the template Ahmed offered, but issues beyond his control will put it off at least 10 days. Of course, we need the .psd files and html files. If possible, we would like .png files with layers intact, as we use Fireworks instead of PhotoShop.

Template is cause it's "pre-done" ... but are only sold ONE time, I dont want multiple sites with same layour... this is horrible! :)

Can do a custom work for you, with your own style, logo, etc. for not too much money (~institucional site of about 6 pages for under $200)
