I can access and search through FAQ. But I cannot submit a new ticket.
Tried in different browsers but result is the same. When I click "Submit" button, it hangs long time, and throws a "Connection interrupted by server" kinda message.

Anyone else having same problem?

I just submitted a technical support ticket to them. It seems smooth for me :D

That must be something in my PC or in my connection.
I cannot access few websites, like Snapnames.com etc.

Thanks for the reply tanfwc :)

You have to understand that the earthquake in Taiwan last week severed the undersea internet cable between Asia and US. That is why you are experiencing these problems. It'll take a while (weeks/months) to fix.

Snapnames maybe but I don't think Enom issue is related to the earthquake.

Because I can connect to support center, and browse. But after I attempt to submit a ticket, support portal is not responding at all. I have to close the browser and re-connect.

I was able to submit a ticket without any problems. I got all the way to "Preliminary Response to Question" without any problems. I didn't click on "Finish Submitting Question" since this was only a test. I'm using Firefox.

I posted a new support ticket yesterday without any trouble.
only trouble is that inspite of the message appears after ticket submission.

this one,
------------
You should receive a response by email from our support department within the next business day.

I donot think enom will response soon recently,
I have my ticket sent 30th Dec unanswered yet, also faxed them twice asking to process my ticket asap, but no response so far.

To my surprise, for my second support request , enom answered and processed it properly within 24 hours after ticket submission.

Reporting this as a proof that enom is somehow working , however it seems depend on the nature of the support request , they are too slow to send a even initial response.

I got it.
It was my connection. I called my ISP and have them reset my connection.

Thanks everyone for inputs

My tickets been sat for 5 days now without any response. Enom usually do respond within 24 hours but since the new support system has been implemented I have had ZERO contact on a couple of tickets.

Oh dear.

They always responded in timely manner in my all tickets.
After I solved my connection problem, I have sent a ticket at 01:09 AM and they solved the problem in 10:01 AM same day.

I heard from eNom that they have hired, and are currently training, a large number of support staff to help with the increased support load.

A little birdie also told me that 24 hour support is also on the way :)

Can you say when the reinforcements will be out of training and on the frontlines?
A couple of days? A couple of weeks?

Thanks

I think some of them are already on the front line.
