No reply so far. (Subject line of my message was the address of this thread).

their hardware and connetion is rock solid, but their respond to mail need to inprove, they did answer one of 30 mail from me the time i was with them, APC didnt work and sent them mail after mail after mail but they didnt bother to answer one of them.

I agree with stubrud. I am finishing my first month with QuickRed and their machine and bandwidth speed prices are fantastic. The support however takes around 4 hours or less before Erik can respond back to the e-mails. It also seems that the support method is nonnegotiable but for the price and the basic knowledge to admin a system quickred proves to be a great server in the NL.

If I have any problems with the server then I will be sure to post them here. Overall though a great provider.

support is not as it should, of 10 mail i sent i got replied on one -1- . very good at first 3 month then it went downhill, their rebootpanel stopped working, sent about 5 mail about that and no reply at all. one time it took 30 days to reply, but their networkspeed and hardware is ROCKSOLID . never had any problem with outage og hardware.
if you dont need support and their rebootpanel works this is a very good provider
