Greetings,

I'm trying to make a simple 2 column layout where I have a header, then 2 columns, then a footer.

I want the right column to be 200px wide but the left column to be as wide as needed. If someone has a huge monitor with a high resolution, it just expands as wide as it needs to in other words.

How do I set this up in CSS since I don't know the width of the left column? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
