How about including 30-40 free ips... Some of your competition around here seem to be doing that ;)

First of all, he only has one server and received 3 offers, so this deal is presumably no longer available.

Also, I don't think you should compare providers based on their IP policy. Everyone's business plan is different; you don't see most webhost going around offering 400-500GB of transfer; they can't, that's neither in their plan nor in their intention.
