I need a CHEAP reseller from a company with good uptime etc. Anyone have any ideas?

May want to have a mod move this over to the Reseller section. If you are going with a reseller solution, I would suggest not basing your choice merely on pricing levels as that result may have you back here on WHT looking for another provider not long after signing up.

If you want reliability, you will have to pay for it. I would start with hosts with good uptime, then look into there pricing.

and 20GB + b/w

You may want to double or even triple your budget in order to find a reliable host with reasonable prices (although you'll probably be able to find reseller hosts at that low of a budget, but as reviews often show, you get what you pay for).

EDIT: But I do see that ResellerZoom does have a plan for that low -- it may be worth at least looking into them.

You can't have cheap price and quality service. Sadly it cost money to have good staff to provide good service which means it costs money to have good staff/service.
