What's the easiest way to send an email announcement to all of your customers? Can anyone recommend some good scripts or programs (preferably with little cost)?

Hmm personally I use perl desk for announcements. It will email all them plus leave it as an announcement.

Well CPanel has a mass email feature. But the problem with that is the user has to have their contact info updated. Which most don't do. You can get perl desk at www.perldesk.com It's fairly easy to install.
