Do you have substantial dollars to invest or are you just starting out?

You can plan to get eNom reseller account. It's a good backend system.

yeah well i was thinking of Enom too, i dont have like 500k+ to register with the company Namecheap,Godaddy ect.. Are regged with.
I just want a decent WHOIS and control panel for my customers. I no way at all want to use that resellers club,Logic boxes thing, you know that super site.... I dont want to do that becouse it would look so tacky on my site and im sure i would loose customers becouse peaple can tell one of those super sites a mile off.
I want my own WHOIS/Control panel ect..

Any suggestions?

Hello,
The prices you saw on eNom's web site are the prices to become a ETP (eNom technology partner), but almost anyone can give you a FREE eNom reseller account where .com .net .org .biz and some other TLD's would be locked at $8.95/year.

The only cost you would have will be filling your account ($100 is the minimum required).

Hello,

Enom has a good backend system which you can use in your site. You can check with them. They have good reseller plans too.

Thank you.

If you are looking for an eNom Reseller account with little upfront cost look at http://www.domainsmarty.com .

Or http://www.SRSPlus.com has a nice program.

I recently moved to http://www.StarGate.com . They have the best price at $6.95, $5.95 transfer and not Reseller fees, but they have the LogicBox interface. It works fine for me but then I am not trying to sell Domains Only.

You need to use the eNom API. That way you can design your website the way you'd like and have it integrate into eNom's system. Ask your new uplink reseller about it.

Stargate uses a great system and very easy to customize.

Check these links:http://www.5wayshosting.com/domain_name_reseller.php

What I recommend is:

1) Get a free eNom.com account from a trusted ETP reseller.

2) Purchase a license for www.awbs.com Domain Edition.

This will allow you to sell domain names and offer a very good domain management system to your customers.

Instead of #2 above, if you just want something basic, then you could use the "registry rocket" system from eNom. It is 100% free, requires *no* initial deposit or "refill", and will allow you to immediately start selling domain names to your customers.

Why they ask you that, if you're a sub-account?

I dont know, they said $100. So, im using Domainpeaple's API and im making about $150 profit a week, domains arnt really money making products.
