View Full Version : Toll Free Numbers
Shock Hosts 12-29-2006, 09:33 PM Hello,
I am looking for people with experience with toll free phone number forwarding services.
I am looking for toll free numbers for the following countries:
United States and Canada
United Kingdom
I also have a few questions about the forwarding part of it. With the European Union and its nations, is there any European Union Toll Free number, where everyone within the EU can call it toll free? *crosses fingers*
Thanks!
MikeWalczak 12-29-2006, 09:43 PM Take a look at http://www.tollfreeforwarding.com/external/...is that something you had in mind? I worked for an organization that used to deal with numbers from them.
Shock Hosts 12-29-2006, 10:00 PM It's a vBulletin link. :P
portalplanet 12-29-2006, 10:42 PM I don't know if it will work but check out www.ureach.com .

hostonenz 12-30-2006, 12:43 AM Hi - i use kall8.com i think it is for my US call free. Costs something like $2US per month and then any calls but it will redirect to any phone in the world within reason.

I used to have an account with them. Overall, great service and support. Pricing per minute is a killer though ;)
Corey Bryant 12-30-2006, 11:03 AM We use Freedom Voice. They are a bit more expensive than the others but well worth it. They keep adding more features to their plans without raising the rates.
I don't think you will find one number that is toll-free for callers in the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom. For the United States and Canada, that is usually on toll free number but the United Kingdom will be a separate number. Freedom Voice will forward though to any phone number though.
Look at where your customer base is and start with a toll free number there - either the United Kingdom or United States / Canada. And then maybe get a toll free number for the other part when needed
cscertified 12-31-2006, 05:28 AM I also use Kall8.com and have not had a problem.
But... My number does not get a lot of calls so it stays well priced for me.
linux-tech 12-31-2006, 06:27 AM Kall8 has been my choice for years. For a custom number and my phone calls, I typically end up paying about $15/month, which I don't see as bad at all.
sTag-Dan 01-03-2007, 02:49 PM I recommend www.ringcentral.com. I am currently using their service and am extremely happy. You can do pretty much anything you need to do via their custom build control panel and should you need any assistance, support is provided on a 24/7 basis.

Not quiet forwarding, but I use exgn.net (vitelity.net), because of their service quality, price, etc. Vanity Toll Frees are ungodly cheap too.
cscertified 01-04-2007, 11:21 AM I use Kall8 for my webhosting services. I also run marketing for a company and we use ringcentral. If you want something that sounds very professional and can be set up to find out at many phones, take faxes, and tons of other easy to manage features - Ring central is the place to get it. They are much less expensive to other comparable service providers.
If you are just looking to have a 1-800 # that redirects without giving the idea fo a call center than choose kall8 or something like it.

rlservices 01-10-2007, 04:54 PM We also use Kall8. Excellent services!
RelyHost 01-10-2007, 11:46 PM For the US and Canada you may want to have a look at telcan.net or callture.com they are the same company.
