I have been having a terrible experience with ***** Customer service at *****- takes 20 minutes or longes to answer (on 3 occassions when the recording says 4 minutes). Sending e-mails does not get answered. When you talk to somebody they never give you a full name (doesn't quite generate a lot of trust).

Has anybody had similar experiences or can recommend a better hosting company. My business can not be run with this service, don't recommend you use them!

They gotta be pretty bad to be banned on this forum ;)

not even sure myself. I'd assume with the volume of complaints that process through here, the better question might be "what did they do to get banned, specifically" or, what didn't they do :eek2:. People complain about ceyehost almost weekly it seems

I haven't notice many complaints about C-I-Host on here.:eek:

Must of overlooked them.:confused:

mas3000: you have to look deep for them as their name is censored, it makes them a LOT harder to find granted, but they're a pretty big joke.
