Powerdot: Up to 5 IPs with ARIN jusitification are included. Additional IPs are $5 per 8 or $40 per 128, with 80% usage policy and ARIN justification again. There is no hardware RAID, but we can set you up with software RAID for Linux or Windows.

lyew: You do need to make a payment up front, but your renewal date will be 1 month (or 1 year if you choose an annual contract) from the date that your server is online and active. We are very flexible in pre-order scenarios and we make sure that you are not paying for ANY time that you are not using.

Powerdot: One more thing - if you absolutely require hardware RAID, we can pop a RAID controller in the machine, but it may delay the setup time by another day or two. There would be a small additional fee: $20 / mo. If you need SCSI or SAS instead of SATA, send me an email or private message and I can give you the pricing.

Sale ends on or around Jan 2nd when our machines will be shipped to the datacenter.

Forgot to ask: do you have an IP to ping and traceroute? Also, at the Peer1 facility in LA, what carriers will you be using?

Our switches (Cisco, btw) and networking equipment, PDUs, etc are being set up by Tuesday. At that time I will have a IP to ping, traceroute. I will also get you the information on peers, etc. I can tell you it is the standard network used at the facility.
