I never.
If anybody here found, please tell me.

I've been driven mad by RegisterFly.
Renewals failed again & again at last one of my most important domain expired on Dec 21. I've tried the following channels but got no reponse yet:
1) submit tickets.
2) call them but was answered by machines.
3) PM to RegFly.

Any advices?

P.S. The bad news is that another two domains are going to expire on Jan 1, 2007. :( Renewals fail. I've started transfer processes to another Namecheap. Hope the tranfers successful.

Transfer as fast as possible. Try calling eNom about it. keep trying to get them renewed, other then that... not much else you can do.

I am not sure if your domain is with them or nto (try looking in WHOIS). but if it is, there may be a chance (registerfly was/is a reseller of eNom).

i never get online with them. Their tools have lots of bugs.
Example, bulk change for NS and privacy protection. You need to do manually 1 by 1. When i post them a ticket, its very hard to get reply from them. And they answered you the question you not answer. Very annoying.
I registered 2 domains seperately, and after that need to re-registered again as they said the registration domain corrupted or something.

i also worried coz quite a number of domains register with them :(

I would transfer to Namecheap in that situation, Namecheap is awesome. First registrar i have tried and i don't wanna have to move from them.

wula. That whois says the registrant is Registerfly, not you. You need to explain why they have their name as the registrant. If the Admin Contact details are the same, there is no way you can transfer away or the eNom will help you. Is the domain still in your Registerfly control panel? Can you update the contact info to your own?

I don't know why the registrant becomes RegisterFly. The domain still in my account. But I can't modify the whois inforamtion because it has been expired. It seems the only thing I can do in registerly control panel is to renew this domain. But renewals failed again & again.

In that case they've stolen your domain. You are wasting your time trying to get eNom to transfer it to your account, unless you can show them snapshots of your payment and previous whois records. Even then it's highly unlikely they will be able to assist you.

Can someone here please get a job with RegisterFly and/or eNom, then come back here and spill the beans to us all. PLEASE, I'm desperate!

Whatever is going on between these two companies needs to be made public. Two companies cannot be as hopeless as these two? Or can they....

Well, enom as a registrar seems to be good but its those resellers that you have to be careful with.

Namecheap and RegisterFly, both resellers of eNom but have completely different reviews, NameCheap being the better one.
