Hey, I've been having some trouble with my cogent provider. For some reason my clients are only getting about 80k/ps download speed. Is this typical of cogent connections? Im on satellite and can only get about 7k/ps down on ANY cogent box.

Just wondering if anyone else has had problems on cogent based boxes...
