I required UK based server with Cpanel reseller hosting account

$10 a month won't get you a very good UK reseller account. Running costs tend to more expensive with UK based servers.

don;t need unlimited domains, just a couple

Another vote for clook.co.uk - it'll be £10 and not $10, but, well worth it :) Jim there runs a tight ship, you won't regret it.
