HostFrog switched from LinkPoint to CDGCommerce this week and we have nothing but GREAT things to say about them. So here is my little review:

Customer Service: 10/10 I went to CDGCommerce from a referral by a friend. I went to their website and started reading up on things. I started to fill out an application but for some reason got distracted and did not complete it. The next day Chris from CDG called my office to see if I had any questions or concerns about the merchant offerings. He was very nice on the phone and answered all my questions.

Quickness: 10/10 Very quick. I start my application for them TODAY. I am already processing transactions TODAY. That is very fast IMHO. For that I give them a 10/10 good job guys :agree:

They also go another step and do not leave you hanging about your application status. They folks over at CDG were in consistent communication with me through email keeping me updated as to what status my application was in...and every time it changed status they emailed me...GREAT!!

All that is left to say is that if you are in need of a merchant account, check them out. They are grade A in my book!

Well I'm glad everything went well on the sales process, I look forward to see how it goes within the next few months with processing, charge backs etc.

CDG is a great company.

I would love to use them ... they should expand their marketplace to the rest of North American and/or EU and/or beyond.
