Have a look at what I found:

RAPID-HOSTING.org (not sure why .org since they are commercial site but...)

On their main page they have:

Many hosts put artificial limits on what you can do in order to force you to upgrade your account, just so you will buy that one extra MySQL database or extra email account you need. At Rapid Hosting we don't believe in artificial limitations.

Along with the same pic as ASO.

ASmallOrange.com:

Many hosts put artificial limits on what you can do in order to force you to upgrade your account, just so you will buy that one extra MySQL database or extra email account you need. At A Small Orange, we don't believe in artificial limitations so we offer the following unlimited features on all our hosting accounts:

Then I found on Rapid-Hosting.org this:

Using the Fantastico automatic script installer, installing new additions to your site couldn't be easier. With just a few clicks you can have a working message board, content management system, or even a full internet store set up in seconds, rather than hours. Fantastico also keeps your scripts up to date with the latest versions so you don't have to worry about bug fixes or security problems.

Along with their pic - yet again!!!

Taken from ASO's:

How can anyone trust a company with their data that rips content off other sites this bad. I mean - do some word fixing at least. This is horrible! And I am sure the entire site is a slew of ripping that I haven't been able to pin point yet.

Check to make sure your hard work on the right content for your site isn't being represented on Rapid-Hosting.org's site as well.

Rapid-Hosting.org has contacted me and said that they will be removing the pics in an hour. I mentioned that it's just not the pics here. The entire write ups and pics have been ripped. Let's hope that it gets properly corrected soon.

I feel i should be able to defend myself.

However im not defending myself im taking full credit for what i did, and im sorry.

My site was helped put together 4 years ago my a friend who owns another company. he helped with the integration of billing systems and alot of the text on the site.

I myself ended up re-designing the site a mere few months ago and at which point i was checking out other sites for ideas, i found the ASO site and fell in love with its simple design.

I also fell in love with some of the principles such as this one jarret mentioned

"Many hosts put artificial limits on what you can do in order to force you to upgrade your account, just so you will buy that one extra MySQL database or extra email account you need. At A Small Orange, we don't believe in artificial limitations so we offer the following unlimited features on all our hosting accounts"

so i wrote that on my website and used the images that was next to it, as i browsed around i found alot more things on the site that i agreed with and took some more images to.

So i started putting them on my site (like a freaking idiot your right) its ok to use the same features as ASO i just should not have copied it word for word.

So to make this short and not waste your time i ended up taking quite a few things from there that jarret mentioned and put them on my site. So bad and so stupid i know, mainly i did it because im NOT a designer and didn't hire one as i should have, does that excuse me? No, im just stating my retarded frame of mind at the time.

if thats make people not want to host with me now, fine i accept my actions.

ALSO i did not "rip" the design like most people mean, my design is nothing like ASO, it was ONLY some text and images i took. but its still bad i know.

No harm, no foul. I appreciate that you're willing to correct your mistakes. I've got better things to do than to hunt down every minor content violation out there. I've seen more direct rips before :)

Plus, the majority of the icons on our site are GPL/Open Source/Creative Commons licensed anyways, so it's not my right to say you can't use them (the "No limits" one being the only exception I can think of). And I don't really give a crap about the copy on the site. You can copy and paste that all you want. It really comes down to providing better service, not who has the best looking website.

You know what tim i totally appreciate what you said. But i know how bad it is, if anyone else pointed out a site that had rips on it i would be there first to post a reply saying how bad it is. yet i did it a mere few months ago.

Alot of people reading this wont care if you say it ok or if you forgive me, they will just know that i did it and they wont like it. They have that right, i feel the same way.

So im sorry to the hosting community not just tim, i have been in the business long enough to know what to do and what not to do. Im just amazed at myself that i didn't do it in the beginning, no i waited till i knew better then i did it. Sorry.

And once again for the people reading i just stole some text and a total of about 5 images, not the whole design and when i put it in those terms it doesn't sound that bad, but we know it is. Sorry again.

Even though i know jerret has something against me personally most likely from another post around here somewhere im kinda glad he called me out on this.

My wife said that I need to apologize for making the false claim about your service and trust. Which I do agree, I might have overstepped my mouth on that one. It is just as a designer and host provider myself, ripping content is taking the easy way out and for us that it takes hours and sometimes money to get the right wording, just to see it ripped an on another site can really lead to bad feelings.

I apologize and see that ASO does not have a huge issue with this so all is good. I also pull back any negative comments about your service because that I can not judge.

Sorry.
