Does anyone know any good active forum for PHP/MySQL coders?..

I've looked a few times and really havn't come up w/ that many

VBulletin has a section but, they really don't like catering to those who don't own VB (I don't own, nor run a VB Board)...

Soo.. I'm out looking? Anyone have any suggestions?
