Hi all!

I would like to become an eNom reseller, but I have to get some answers before I make any steps. I have emailed eNom, but no answer in 2 days and I can't wait anymore, I have to decide. So I would like to ask some questions from you, any answer is greatly appreciated!

Question #1:
First of all I will have to register some foreign (Central European) domains (at a foreign registrar), because my company is located in Central Europe and my costumers like to have international and local domain names as well. I would like to know if I can use eNom's nameservers for these domain names, so my costumers could control the DNS settings (and use other services of eNom's, like e-mail forwarding) for local and international domains at the same place. If so, do I have to pay an extra fee for this? This feature would be very important for me.

Question #2:
I would like to also know if I can upgrade my reseller account from Volume Pricing Plan to Premier Pricing Plan (both GOLD and SILVER pricing) if needed?

That's all, thanks!

email forwarding and domain forwarding is free

you can generally upgrade

i would look at their support response as a telling sign, maybe reconsider your options, their service has gone downhill quite a bit.

Maybe I wasn't clear enough. I know if you register a domain at eNom, then domain forwarding, email alias, etc. is free. I want to know if I can use their nameservers for domains that can't be registered with them. If so, do I have to pay for this as a reseller and can I use their services for these domains.

BTW. What do you mean by this?

their service has gone downhill quite a bit.

They offer free dns for domains registered there, dont think you can use other domains.

By that I mean generally the level of support most people have received lately is lower than before and there are a lot of dissatisfied customers from lowest reseller to etp level.

enom offers paid dns service for domains registered elsewhere. but you should check with them to see if they support the country codes you want to use

Thanks for the answers! I'm going to e-mail them again, I hope they will respond this time...

Do you know other e-mail address than info@enom.com that I could try?
There's a "Test Account" link on eNom's site but I don't know how to use it, or where to register... Is there any way to try out their services?

I hope they will respond this time...
In my last 10 questions the faster took 3 days. I had one ticket opened for 10 days!

Sounds bad... I don't really want to get support from them, as I can read all the support docs they provide. The only question I want to get answered is can they host that Central European domain name, or not (well they should, because they can host .de and we have the same rules like Germany)?

After this I think I can manage everything myself, just want to get this going... :(
