1. All servers are located in the Market Post Tower in San Jose, CA.
2. Our upstream providers are Verio and Cogent.
3. You may cancel at anytime but we require 7 days prior notice.
4. Orders placed by 7 PM EST will be deployed same day if hardware is in stock.
5. Orders placed after 7 PM EST or on weekends or holidays are deployed next business day.
6. We offer 10 IPs with all servers with 4 given upon deploy and the remaining 6 with proper ARIN justification.
7. We do *not* offer refunds or a free trial period. We do *not* do sponsorships.
8. Yes, we include a 100mbp/s uplink port on all servers.
9. Adult content is permissible as long as it is legal.
10. We do *not* allow torrent files to be hosted on the servers.
The "Fine Print"
- Offers cannot be combined with other offers. Only one (1) special per order.
- We cannot add specials to your order once it is completed. Please be sure to note the promotion or use the coupon as directed to ensure proper credit.
