Please suggest which one is the best PHP script for big music sites? like

What do you mean by 'big music sites'? If you just mean a fan site or something then any CMS would do, pick which ever you're most comfertable with.

If you mean a site to sell music a la iTunes, you're going to need something fairly custom, maybe start with an ecommerce package and have some one modify it.
