All I can say is find someone through authorize.net. I know I use totalmerchantservices.com but I found a link from them through authorize.net. They help you find what you need exactly + you can get bids from the diff. people.

I heard some good comments about Verisign's Payflow Link. The gateway fee is only $19.95 per month, but that's for up to 1,000 orders. Check it out --

Instabill is good for non-merchant accounts, but I prefer Revecom. Both do recurring billing, which is a necessity with hosting companies. There's a long thread from a couple months ago here -- try the search function up top to locate it.

Charge.com is also worth examining if you want/have a merchant account. I believe they don't charge setup fees but recurring billing you have to handle yourself.

I would argue it's better to handle recurring billing for yourself anyway. You don't want to get in a position where customers where charged when they shouldn't have been because you forgot to turn billing off on your processor.

I use http://www.sfcommerce.com

They offer full merchant accounts along with the payment gateway. You can see an implementation I setup of my account using the web component they give out with each account at https://secure.webfors.com

You also get access to an admin site to generate different types of reports and perform manual transactions.

Speak to Chris Wilson or Ben Dalfen and tell them that Eric sent you (trust me, it'll give you a better rate:D)
