Im searching for a accounting program with the following features:
-Add/Remove/Edit Costumer. (and all the services the costumer currently has).
-Invoices in PDF format.
-Manage services we offer (game hosting, webhosting etc.)
-Database of costumers, payments, sales, but to put on a central server. So employees can update the database from everywhere not just on local machine.
Basically something like Microsoft Accounting 2007 see (www.ideawins.com).

But it has to be available in spanish. A proper program would be good not web http thing such as modernbill.

I would have said ModernBill / ClientExec, is there some reason you don't want to use http services? I just always thought of that as easier since that's able to be updated through anywhere with a browser and internet connection.

Modernbill doesn't do invoicing in a pdf format, but clientexec does!

Actually ModernBill 5 now allows printing of an invoice as a PDF and they are working towards enabling emailing of a PDF invoice in the near future as it is a much requested feature.

The foundation for it is already in place, but at this time of year I wouldn't expect any news until the Second week in January.

Why don't you want to use ModernBill? It does everything you seek.

PS: "Customer", not "costumer"...unless, of course, you actually sell Halloween costumes. In which case, forgive me! :D

Tina, after re-reading the post I understand what he is looking for and I doubt it exists.

What he is looking for is a full fledged accounting software that will do recurring billing and be in Spanish.

The Spanish part can actually be handled by a few products I believe, but the recurring part I doubt can be handled by anything reasonably priced.

The advantages of using ModernBill 5 is that it has a true Accounts Receivable design to it so you can use it as your AR then just integrate the GL directly into your accounting software and use your choice of accounting packages.

Honestly, I don't think your going to find what you are looking for in an "All-inclusive" package.

If you are truly into the accounting aspect, your best option would ModernBill because of it's standard AR/GL layout then integrate the GL with an accounting software of your choice.

I believe Quickbooks has a Spanish version and I'm fairly sure MS will release one.

For those who are thinking to recommend "Any" "Online Only" billing system, re-read his post. I should have originally.

Another [free] option is Exponent Free. You can sign up on our home page. We don't make anything off of it, but it is a full-fledged accounting package.

I think if you have the foreign language (read spanish) version of windows installed MS accounting will show in spanish. Most MS products are now integrated to do that.
