I'm looking for a cheap (less than 15$/month) reselling program..

I want this features to be available:
- Set my own prices
- Anonymity , no one know that I don't own the servers :D
- Hosting at least 50 sites
- Good for individuals not for business companies
- Reseller Control Panel (Add new sites, manage sites)
- Unlimited MySQL databases (not very required:))
- Control Panel for clients (CPanel is recommended)
- CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP :D

I have some question about payment method:
* My costumers will pay to me or to the real hosting company ?
* If to me, whats the best way to pay online ? and how can I send the required money for the real copmany
* If to host company, how can I receive my money ?
