why are we allowed to post with font size too big which will only lead to a warning or to lose points ?

Where do you see a rule against font size in the general forums?

We have one for the ad forums. I think Mat's tried whipping something up for that before, but couldn't do it on a per forum basis. But the rest of the forums don't have a restriction. However, they do have a restriction on being visually annoying. :S
