I need to create a form with several text boxes and buttons. After the info is submitted, I need to have this info emailed to the contact person.. What is the best/easiest way to achieve this? Here is a link to a form similar to the one I will be creating:

I have created basic email forms before (which validate with php), but I do not have detailed knowledge of making forms.. Can anyone explain to me how to make a form like this that will validate with php (or something similar..)

You should try Form Processor Pro, I am not sure of the URL.

This allows you to send an email to you, the customer and really as many folks as you desire.

Also allows you to pass information from one form to the next if you have more than one page.
